Brandywine Meadows
Distance to Meadows: 3km.
Roundtrip 6km
Starting south of Whistler near the Callaghan Valley and Whistler Olympic Park, Brandywine Meadows offers some of the most stunning scenery of the region as hikers pass through a narrow meadow valley floor with towering mountains lining the sides.
The hike is considerably difficult for the first hour as it climbs at a considerable pace. The vertical gain is about 550meters over the entire hike.
Time Requirements:
3 - 4 hours
Access:
Driving south from Whistler follow Highway 99 to the Whistler Olympic Park/Callaghan Valley turnoff on the right. Taking the first left immediatly after, pass the waste transfer station, through a large clearing, pass Blackcomb Snowmobile's site and continue straight on the dirt road for 6km. The trail head is at the end of this road.
